All payments made to the Italian American Society of Kenosha are considered final once processed, subject to the refund terms outlined below.
A refund for membership dues may be requested within 30 calendar days of the original payment date.
Refund requests submitted after the 30 day period will not be approved.
Refunds apply to membership dues only.
Any portion of the membership that has already been used is considered fulfilled. This includes, but is not limited to:
Attendance at members only events
Access to member benefits, discounts, or services
Voting rights or participation in member meetings
If any membership benefits have been used during the 30 day period, the Italian American Society of Kenosha reserves the right to deny the refund request.
Refunds for event ticket purchases may be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event.
Refund requests made within 24 hours of the event, or after the event has occurred, will not be approved.
Refunds apply to event tickets only.
Tickets that have been used, transferred, or scanned for entry are not eligible for a refund.
Transaction or processing fees charged by third party payment processors are non refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email or through the Society’s official contact method.
Requests must include the purchaser’s name, date of payment, and sufficient details to identify the transaction.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing, depending on the payment provider.
The Italian American Society of Kenosha reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to future purchases.
